Text You Submit. When you paste a message into BinB Mailer Pro to be rewritten, that text is sent to our AI processing provider for the sole purpose of generating a professional rewrite.

Device & Usage Data. We may automatically collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and anonymised usage events used to diagnose crashes and improve the product.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the core rewriting feature you requested.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. AI Processing

Rewrite requests are processed via third-party large language model providers (such as OpenAI) under their applicable data processing terms. Submitted text is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is not used by us to train AI models. We do not store the content of your messages on our servers beyond what is necessary to return the rewritten output to your device.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. AI providers, analytics, crash reporting), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

Submitted text is retained only for the brief period required to deliver the rewrite back to your device. Diagnostic and support records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and then deleted or anonymised.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

8. Your Rights
